REQUEST FOR BIDS

 

TO:                  Insurance Agents

FROM:            Board of Education

                        Burlington USD No. 244

SUBJECT: Bids on property and liability insurance for U.S.D. No. 244

 

You are invited to bid on the following insurance as per specifications on the following schedules

 

  1. Property (Building and Contents)

Schedule 1
  1. Inland Marine Coverage

Schedule 2
  1. Liability Coverage

Schedule 3
  1. Vehicle Coverage

Schedule 4
  1. Crime (Includes Money and Securities)/Positions and Bonds

Schedule 5
  1. Boiler and Machinery Coverage

Schedule 6
  1. Glass Coverage

Schedule 7
  1. Workers Compensation Coverage

Schedule 8
  1. Errors and Omissions Coverage

Schedule 9
  1. Cyber Liability Coverage

Schedule 10
  1. Umbrella Coverage

The effective date is 12:01 AM on November 1, 2023 and coverage shall be continuous for three (3) policy terms, with awarded agency bid.

 

Bids must be submitted by 9:00am on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at the Administration Office, 301

Neosho, Burlington, Kansas 66839. Bids will be opened at that time and summarized for the Board of

Education.
